Melissa
Yoga Instrctor:
Introducing Melissa! She first embarked on her yoga journey during a hectic time when life seemed to be moving too quickly to keep up with. Always on the go and resistant to slowing down, Melissa was drawn to aerial yoga as her entry into the world of yoga. It was during this experience that a seed of passion for movement and the philosophies behind yoga was planted. In 2021, Melissa completed her 200-hour vinyasa teacher training, and by June 2024, she will have earned her 500-hour certification. In addition to teaching traditional yoga classes, Melissa enjoys adding her own unique twists, such as children's yoga and puppy yoga. She also has plans for future fun and creative workshops, including blacklight yoga, sound healing, and incorporating art into asana practice.
